Due to the various reasons that an order is returned to us, all returned to sender packages will receive an automatic refund on product costs excluding shipping fees once they have arrived back to our facility to ensure the fastest resolution of this issue.
WHEN WILL I SEE MY REFUND?
We do our best to refund as soon as a package has arrived back to our facility. Refunds can take 3-5 days to reflect on your account once initiated. If your tracking shows the package has been returned and you do not see your refund, please reach out to us HERE and we will be happy to look further into your account.
BUT I STILL WANT MY ORDER
If you notice your package is being returned to sender but still want the order, you are welcome to replace the order as the returned order will be refunded to you. We ask you to please ensure the address on your new order is correct. Re-orders are at the risk of the purchaser as we cannot control carrier delivery regulations.
If the order was international but sent back to us, chances are it was due to a customs issue. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over your country's customs regulations as they are constantly changing. Due to this, re-order of the items to the same address are at the risk of the purchaser.
