Unfortunately we are not able to make address changes while in transit. Please reach out to your carrier (UPS or USPS) with your valid tracking number and in most cases, they will be able to assist you in redirecting your package.
CARRIER COULD NOT ASSIST?
If you have already reached out to your carrier, and they could not reroute your package, in most cases it will be redirected to us as “return to sender.” All returned to sender packages will receive an automatic refund once they have arrived back to our facility.
WHEN WILL I SEE MY REFUND?
We do our best to refund as soon as a package has arrived back to our facility. Refunds can take 3-5 days to reflect on your account once initiated. If your tracking shows the package has been returned and you do not see your refund, please reach out to us HERE and we will be happy to look further into your account.
